Re-Enrollment Deadline Extended

The deadline for returning FWCD families to submit re-enrollment contracts is Monday, February 22.

To hold your spot for next year, parents/guardians must login to MyBackPack and submit the contract and liability form, as well as pay the required deposit online. Please note that re-enrollment deposits will double for contracts received after the due date of February 22, 2021. For grades JK-6, the annual physical form should be downloaded and completed by your physician and returned to School Nurse Lori McCormack, RN, by July 1, 2021, along with a current immunization record. For grades 7-12, the same annual physical form and immunization record should be completed and uploaded to FinalForms. February 22 is also the deadline for financial aid applications. Families needing additional time for the financial aid application due to weather-related issues should email Angela Benson and Kathy Lott at [email protected].
