The 2024-25 school year is off to a great start with Lower and Middle School classes beginning this past Tuesday. Take a look at all of the first-day fun for all of the grades; view the Lower School video and the Middle School video. School opened this year with 1,116 students across the divisions, with 150 new students and 87 new Falcon families. 

Here are the 2024-25 Opening Day Notable Numbers: 

Total Students (JK-12): 1,116

Lower School Students: 420

Middle School Students: 323

Upper School Students: 373

Amount Awarded for Tuition Assistance for 2024-25: $4.2 million (25 percent of students)

New FWCD Falcons: 150

New Families to FWCD: 87

New Siblings: 45

New Legacy Students: 20

Full-Time Faculty: 147

Faculty with Advanced Degrees: 51%

Average Number of Service Years for Faculty: 20 (12 at FWCD)

New Faculty/Staff Falcons: 18

Alumni Faculty/Staff Members: 12% (20 faculty/staff and 2 seasonal coaches)
