Three Seniors Earn College-Sponsored National Merit Scholarships

Each May, the National Merit Scholarship Corporation (NMSC) releases its college-sponsored Merit Scholarship winners for use at the institution that is financing it. Paul Alexander ’21is a recipient of the National Merit Southern Methodist University Scholarship. Jack Ethridge ’21 has been awarded the National Merit Texas A&M University Scholarship. Henry Lynn ’21 has been offered the National Merit University of Chicago Scholarship.

By receiving an NMSC college-sponsored Merit Scholarship, Paul, Jack and Henry join corporate-sponsored Merit Scholarship winner Andrew Nober '21 in reaching the highest level of recognition, Merit Scholar, in this year's scholarship competition.
